Start each morning by visualising your intention, make it as real as you can as were seeing the scene as an observer, next step into the scene that you are interacting with.

Next energizing your intention with the feelings that you want, inner peace, joy or love. Then 4 deep breaths in and out and charge your intention with feeling.
